How the Submission Process Works

Our Submission Process consists of posting the details about your project on our genealogists’ board, including the budget. We do all the work to identify which of our over 4,000 genealogists and subject matter experts can best accomplish your project objectives. The submission process consists of 3 simple steps:

01 Post a request for research help.

Post a request with all of the information you have, what you need, and how much you’re willing to pay.

02 Choose a genealogist or subject matter expert to work with.

We have access to a network of over 5,000 expert researchers from all around the world. These researchers will submit proposals on your project. Once you accept a proposal, that helper will begin helping with your research.

03 Get results.

You’ll receive a report with all of the research that was done. It does not cost anything to have us post your project.
